1. Camera Permission (CAMERA)

Our app uses the camera to [e.g., capture photos]. We do not store or share your camera data on our servers. All data remains on your device.

We collect the personal information of the device by giving access to the user to access the images of the device using the File Manager and also allow the application to capture the images using the device camera.

Camera is used to capture the product images only which is used in the app to create the inventory of products.

We are giving read and write permission from the application to read the image files from the device and uploading it to the drive where the user is logged in into the application using Google Drive.

We also allow the app to download the images from the Drive to the internal storage using Write permission of android.

Revoking Permissions: You can revoke camera access anytime in your device settings. Please note that revoking permissions may affect the functionality of the App.

2. Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION)

Location Data: We collect precise location data to provide for Google Drive API used in the app for Google SignIn in ApposLite. This is required for the Google Drive API integration for uploading the images from internal storage to the drive location used in the app. This stores the images used in products screen from the app to the Drive location given access to in the ApposLite.

Revoking Permissions: You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Please note that revoking permissions may affect the functionality of the App.

3. Location Permission (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

This permission is used by Google Drive API. We use location data for the following purposes:

• Enhance App Functionality: Location data may be used to improve features such as personalized user experiences or location-specific content.
• Compliance with Google Drive API Policies: Location-specific Google Drive functionality (e.g., location-tagged file uploads), the location data may be used to provide those features.

Google Drive API Usage
Our app integrates the Google Drive API to provide cloud storage and file management services. The location permissions are not directly related to Google Drive API functionality but are used for other app-specific features. We do not share your location data with Google Drive unless explicitly required for a specific feature (e.g., tagging files with location metadata, if enabled).

No Sharing Without Consent: We do not share your location data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Retention: We do not store your location data unless explicitly required by a feature and informed to you.

• Revoking Location Permissions: You can manage and revoke location permissions in your device’s settings:
• Settings > Apps > ApposLite > Permissions > Location
• Disconnect Google Drive Access: You can disconnect your Google Drive account via the app settings or by revoking access from your Google Account settings.

4. WIFI Permission (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE)

This permission allows the app to access information about Wi-Fi networks, such as:

• The state of the Wi-Fi connection (e.g., connected, disconnected).
• The name (SSID) and strength of the current Wi-Fi network.

How We Use Wi-Fi State Information

• Enhance App Functionality: To check network availability and ensure the app functions properly in online and offline modes.
• Improve User Experience: To provide features that depend on Wi-Fi connectivity, such as downloading or syncing large files only when connected to Wi-Fi.
• Analytics and Diagnostics: To collect non-personalized network information for app performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

What We Do NOT Use Wi-Fi State Information For:

• We do not use the ACCESS_WIFI_STATE permission to access or track user location in ApposLite App.
• We do not modify, enable, or disable Wi-Fi settings on your device.
• We do not share Wi-Fi information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. ACCOUNTS Permission

Permissions We Request

• GET_ACCOUNTS: This permission allows the app to access the list of accounts registered on your device, such as Google.
• MANAGE_ACCOUNTS: This permission allows the app to perform operations on user accounts, such as adding or removing accounts and modifying account settings.

How We Use These Permissions

• Purpose of GET_ACCOUNTS: We use this permission to access a list of accounts to enable features such as account selection, login, or syncing with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive storage).
• Purpose of MANAGE_ACCOUNTS: We use this permission for Google SignIn, allow you to manage accounts directly through the app, and perform account-related operations.

What We Do NOT Use These Permissions For

• We do not use the GET_ACCOUNTS or MANAGE_ACCOUNTS permissions to access sensitive account information, such as passwords or messages.
• We do not share your account data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Your Choices

• Permission Management: You can revoke these permissions at any time by managing the app's permissions in your device settings: Settings > Apps > ApposLite > Permissions > Accounts.
• Account Removal: If you no longer wish to use the app or link your account, you can remove your account through the app settings or by contacting us at the information provided below.

Camera: Used solely for capturing images of products.

Location Service: Used solely for giving access to Google Drive API integrated in app for uploading images used in the app. We do not share your data with third parties.

Data Collected Using Google Drive API: We access your Google Drive data (e.g., files, folders) only as necessary to provide the features you request (e.g., file uploads or downloads). We do not store or share your Google Drive data outside the app.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Google APIs: We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We only access and use the Google Drive API to provide app features explicitly requested by you.
